インストゥルメンタル・バンドを中心に運営するインディーズレーベル「PENGUINMARKET RECORDS」が2010年秋、5周年を迎えるにあたり、レーベル初となるアニバーサリーコンピレーションを発売。現所属のsgt./旅団/wooderd chiarie/Clean Of Core/oaqk/L.E.D.の6バンドに加え、11月に5年振りとなる待望の新作を控えたレーベルニューカマーのMAS、更にゲストアーティストとして、大阪のmiddle9、名古屋からegoistic4leaves、東京からnenemが参加！そして海外からUK/LONDONで活動する、SCREAMING TEA PARTY、またFRANCEはパリを拠点に活動するtujiko norikoがTyme.(MAS)とのコラボで参加決定！収録曲のほとんどが、新曲、もしくは新録、未発表といった音源で構成された激マスト盤。
